Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors & Lifts

A Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC) may be your building's solution to safely moving materials from level to another if you are looking for something else expensive then an elevator and you need to move materials only.

Vertical Reciprocating ConveyorsVertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VRC) are used in factories, warehouses, industrial plants and buildings to safely transport materials from one level to another. They are somewhat similar to a dumbwaiter but can carry up to 200,000 lbs. The guide columns, carriage and mechanical or hydraulic actuating mechanism can be installed in new or existing buildings. Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors can be used inside or outside and are designed for mezzanines, through-floor and over 12,000 other applications. They are not elevators and are actually less expensive then elevators to install and maintain. Advanced safety features allow for peace of mind when moving materials throughout your building.

HMS Elevator is an authorized Wildeck dealer based in Downers Grove, IL. We service the entire Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana area.

The above material handling lifts are available with the following VRC loading configurations:

  • Straddle lift
  • 4 Post mechanical lift
  • Cantilever type lift

Vertical reciprocating conveyors, manufactured by Wildeck, are built to meet your specific load, height and speed requirements with the following standard features:
